Refund & Return Policy

At Athlisis Sports, we are committed to delivering high-performance apparel and a smooth shopping experience. If something isn’t right, we offer a simple and transparent return process.

📦 Returns & Exchanges (India Orders Only)

• Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

• For missing or incorrect items, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

• An unboxing video clearly showing the issue is mandatory for missing/wrong item claims. Claims without an unboxing video may not be accepted.

• If we do not receive your return request within 7 days, it will not be accepted.

🚚 Reverse Pickup Policy

• We offer 1 free reverse pickup per order for exchange requests.

• A second exchange (if requested) will incur a ₹99 charge.

• After an exchange has been successfully completed, the product will no longer be eligible for return.

• Reverse pickup availability depends on your serviceable pincode.

• If reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may be required to self-ship via a reliable courier.

• If the item is not picked up within 3-4 working days, please contact us so we can reinitiate the request.

• A maximum of 2 pickup attempts will be made per return/exchange.

• If pickup is refused and a courier refusal code is generated, the request will be closed and cannot be reattempted.

• If the 7-day return window expires without communication, the return request will be declined.

✅ Eligibility Criteria for Returns

To qualify for a return or exchange:

• The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

• All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact

• The product must be free from stains, odors, washing, or alterations

• Proof of purchase (Order ID / Invoice) is mandatory

• The request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery

Items failing to meet these conditions will not be accepted and may be shipped back to the customer.

💸 Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and inspected at our warehouse.

For COD Orders:

• ₹99 COD fee per product will be deducted.

• For partial-payment orders, the shipment must be accepted at delivery.If the package is refused at delivery, the advance payment will not be refunded.
  
  
• If UPI ID or bank account details are not shared within 7 days of refund approval, the refund will be issued as store credit only, which can be used for future purchases.

For Prepaid Orders:

• ₹119 or 3% (whichever is higher) will be deducted as payment processing fees.

Refund Timeline:

• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days from the date the product is received at our warehouse.

• Men’s Physique competition shorts

• Classic Physique Trunks

• Show Tan & Shinner

Orders for Bodybuilding trunks, Men’s Physique,Classic Physique,Show Tan & Shinner cannot be cancelled once placed.

🔁 First Order Policy

Your first order is eligible for return or exchange, provided it meets all the conditions mentioned above.

🌍 International Orders

• Returns are not accepted for international orders.

• In case of manufacturing defects, please email support@athlisissports.com within 7 days of delivery.

🛠️ Manufacturing Defects

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will refund the product cost (excluding shipping charges) to your original payment method.
